I'm thinking of starting a company to do factoring of small amounts of
money, between producers and consumers of software support. To avoid
having to deal with disputes, I'm going to require customers to submit
to binding arbitration to resolve disputes. Is there anyone running an
arbitration service by email?
[ I know this isn't *exactly* com-priv's charter, but it's real close. ]
