Because France Telecom is only a clearing house for connection between users
and service providers, there is no cost difference between an user in Paris
and one in the deep rural area. All you need is a telephone access.
I also something a good remark on the problem of billing on Internet, but I cannot remember where, sorry for the copyright.
2/3 of worlwide household have no telephone.
This ratio will help us to relativize our situation
