ANS could set new standards for freedom of expression and non-interference
with the traffic it conducts by explicitly disclaiming all liability
for the content of the traffic. Why wait for the government
to solve the issue of liability by more rulemaking?

Is the Postal Service liable for the content of FirstClass mail?
(Oops! the USPS might be a bad example since there *are* regulations
 still in force that prohibit all sorts of activity being conducted
 through the mail...)
