The only thing that occurs to me, reading over Mitch Kapor's note, is
that it might be useful to mention that the ECPA could be in conflict
with any responsibility to regulate transmissions (other than public
transmissions, I assume, although I'd have to re-read the ECPA to see
if there's any implication about someone removing or altering even a
public transmission.)
