Steve,

The T3 network involves a co-location arrangement whereby the site/
customer has an ENSS which connects to a CNSS on the T3 network,
usually with multiple T3 links between CNSS. CNSS boxes are located
at MCI facilities and ENSS boxes at connecting sites. The CONCERT Network
in NC has had its ENSS connected to the Houston CNSS but today is being
switched to the new Greensboro, NC CNSS. I have no knowledge of any
other sites that will be connecting in Greensboro but as I understand
the topology, Greensboro will become a connecting point for circuits
between the Northeast and the South.
