Gigabit network research was only part of what I was talking about.
That wasn't clear.
What do you say if there are really more than 10?
In terms of the NREN funding/political-process....
I'm only interested in five orders of magnitude more than that, or not at all.
We should be considered with operating MegaInstitutions, not gigabits. How
many schools are there in NewYorkState, or Texas for that matter. How
many libraries are there in NewYorkCity or Dallas?
