I agree, I tested on 5.00.2014.0216IC on Win9x and NT without encountering
these problems.  I followed up with "Most" and he indicated that
5.00.0910.1309 is from MSDN.

		The build I'm using (freshly installed) is 5.00.2014.0216IC
and this
		doesn't seem to exibit the above vulnerabilities.
