This is a known bug (4119069) with patch 105667-01and is currently being
addressed. The fix has already been developed and is currently being
tested by some contract customers [if you have a contract and this
problem is causing you pain then please do NOT remove the rdist patch
but instead log a service call and request the current binary fix
until the offical patch is released].
