I hate replying to my own message but I've gotten enough email on the
subject. People seem to be confusing what we normally (POSIX) calls real
uid and what the author of the patch calls real uid. The later is a new
uid introduced by him. Obviously he selected a bad choice of its name.
Reach the patch.
