Just an FYI.
Some people make the incorrect assumption that NT automatically installs
Echo, Chargen, QOTD, etc... In fact, these are installed via a service
installation called "Simple TCP/IP Services". Its not automatically
installed, but many people do install it thinking its necessary.
Its not, and as T. Freak points out, if you don't need them don't
install them. If you've installed "Simple TCP/IP Services", get rid of
it.
