Windows 3.11 AT&T dialup networking DoS

I discovered this by accident one day on IRC =)  It seems as thought the
dial up networking software provided by AT&T to its dialup customers is
unable to handle large ping packets sent to it.  When a large packet is
sent, (I used 5k) the windows environment was dropped to the dos prompt
and the system locked up.  A reboot was necessary.  There is absolutely no
error message.  Just a simple dump to the dos prompt and system lockup.  I
know that probably hardly anyone uses Winblows 3.1, but i thought this
would be interesting to be thrown out :D
