A new updated hotfix has been released for the OOB data attack.
Get it for NT4 from:

stSP3/oob-fix/oobfix_i.exe
and for NT3.51 from:

Also, a hotfix for NT4/IIS3 has been released to fix a memory leak in
asp.dll. Get it from:
