If I'm not mistaken, this bug will only affect machines that actually
*use* a PS2 keyboard.
At this point it might be safe to say:
"Sending random data to hardware devices causes problems"
rather than attempting to enumerate every device which reacts poorly to
unexpected things being catted to it.
