This does work, but you get the annoying "Missing File" error everytime
Windows is started.  Another way to "fix" this problem is to delete the
VNETBIOS key located in:
"My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\"

So far I haven't noticed any side effects resulting from the deletion of
this key.  I am not running File/Print Sharing so you may get different
results if you are.
