The NTBugTraq mailing list has only now been activated. If you thought
you had subscribed to the NTBugTraq mailing list, but did not receive a
message from that mailing list on March 13th, 1997, 2:41am EST, then
your subscription was lost during the transitions to the final Listserv
process, please accept my apologies (my fault, not LSoft's). You should
subscribe again (over 1300 members were preserved).

The list has been created to invite the free and open discussion of
Windows NT Security Exploits/Bugs or *SEBs* as I call them. This list is
not intended to be a forum to discuss NT "how to" issues, but instead
should be used to report reproducible SEBs which you have personally
encountered with Windows NT or its related BackOffice products, and the
fixes or workarounds used to solve those problems. I will be posting
regular messages indicating the latest service packs and hot fixes
available for NT.

To subscribe to NTBugTraq, send a message to LISTSERV@RC.ON.CA, with
SUBSCRIBE NTBUGTRAQ Firstname Lastname as the only message text (that
means no subject is required). Turn off your automatic signatures please
as this will only cause your subscription to be rejected and you will be
sent a help file.

Cheers,
Russ
