We have a lot of Trumpet Winsock (version 2.x) and it does not seem to be
vulnerable. Neither does the even older ncsa telnet stack. Looks like this
is one instance where none of the Microsoft-type OS are vulnerable.

Has anyone tried wellfleets or annex terminal servers?
