I was unable to affect a 1.2.13 box at all...and a pitiful box it was. I
was pinging a 386sx-16 (ne1k) running 1.2.13 from a P100 (3c509) running
win95. Same win95 box successfully brought down my dual P133 running
2.0.22 before it was patched.
