Version 2.4 of MIMEDefang has been released at:
http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/
This version has a compile-time option (enabled by default) to make it
interpret all combinations of CR, LF, CRLF or LFCR in headers as CRLF.
If you are using MIMEDefang to protect Outlook clients, you are urged
to upgrade to version 2.4.
