The problem with Security issues is that Patches are needed to ensure
that the service still runs but is no more vulnerable, a solution to a
security problem is not just a *pull the plug" attitude, which kills the
process from memory and keeps it from loading up again. Ifs this
paradigm would succeed the solution to the recent IIS worms would be
simple. Shut down IIS.
