The security bulletin lists the correct patches for the
security problem concerned.

Those are the current patch revisions. There is no
need to install the newer revisions in case you have already
fixed the security problem with the patches released a month
or more ago.
There is no security problem with installing the "out-of-date" patches
and you will have trouble getting the old revisions from Sun.
