FYI: Anyone who downloaded this patch previous to about 8:15 PM EST yesterday needs to download it again and reapply. Novell had a snafu and the proper files were not posted the first time. If you are unsure about which you have, download the server patch again and compare the gwenn2.nlm or gwenn3.nlm with what is running on your server.

And yes, there are lots of Groupwise (and Notes!) users still out here. Do you think everyone is that stupid to make the move to Virus Exchange and LookOut? Previous to yesterday, Groupwise users and administrators were oblivious to what it was to be affected by an e-mail application and server security alert. (As compared to Virus Exchange admins making it a weekly maintenance event.) IMHO, no feature or application that integrates with LookOut is worth the risks to my network that Microsoft virus propagating security hole ridden e-mail apps bring to the table.

I don't know if there is anyone running Groupwise anymore (I guess I'd be
surprised) but this is worth a look if you are.
