Its not on RedHat6.2 or Mandrake 8.0.
Mandrake 8.0
[root@laquanda]# ls -l /usr/sbin/snmpd
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root        17948 Apr  6 11:17 /usr/sbin/snmpd


Redhat 6.2
[root@laquita]# ls -l /usr/sbin/snmpd
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root        32048 Mar 28 13:07 /usr/sbin/snmpd
