To their credit, at least three people from Compaq have been in touch
following my posting, and they appear to be reacting well. Hooray Compaq!
I hope that if they find any problems, we'll see a patch appear soon. If
they don't, I'll be just as happy, since that's fewer problems with
having to install things campuswide...
