We're running 4.2.7-1 server and we're not seeing this. The files
that are 666 are the zero-length lock files (o3_cpnt.lck), but the more
substansive "database" data files (o3_cpnt) is 644. The Arkeia change
log indicates that the oly difference between 4.2.7 and 4.2.8 is tape
library support.
