All Red Hat Linux 6.x users are supposed to upgrade to 2.2.16 (the
capabilities errata said so), and this is explicitly mentioned in this
errata as well. This fixes a critical security bug.  People rolling
their own kernel would update this on their own too, as there is a
critical bug fix in the 2.2.16 kernel
