Confirmed with Serv-U 2.5d (current downloadable version) running on
NT4WS.
The default error messages are along the lines of:
550 /d:/ftproot/nonexist: No such file or directory.
Even changing to an existing directory gets you:
250 Directory changed to /d:/ftproot/exist
However, there is an option (in 2.5d at least) in both the user and group
manager to fix this. Click the 'Misc.' button and the second checkbox is
'Show path relative to homedir'. Enabling this causes the server to give
out messages like:
550 /nonexist: No such file or directory.
and
250 Directory changed to /exist
Much better...
Can anyone with prior versions check for this option?
