CORRECTION: Mail *User* Agent (MUA). The problem was not with the
Exchange Server but the Exchange client default configuration.

CORRECTION: The problem is only confirmed with MS Exchange. I
must have had Outlook on the brain after doing some tweezing with yet
another trojan/worm/virus. My bad.
