Grant, whenever we do go live, one of our first tasks in monograph
cataloging will be to go into the workfile and file back into the database
everything that was in the EBIB file (brief records we input for
things going out precat). Only problem is, nobody can get into the
workfile to call up those records with id = EBIB. We need for at
least Stephen Skuce and myself permission to get into those workfile
records.
Ultimately, for workfile records, everybody in cataloging should be
able to get into any workfile record regardless of workfile ID. (We
can work out our own protocol for who fixes what down here. We just
don't want to get into a situation wher we can't access records
because someone's left or sick, etc.)
