The 930 tag creating an extra item is what we wanted for serials.
Although we weren't explicit in the GMA specs as to how to identify what
should be treated as a serial and what should not it seems like they
should have at least clarified it.
I think we're stuck with the volume call no. sorting. It's rather deep
in how the system parses call nos. I don't know if it something we can
change and what the side effects might be if we did.
