First the bad news... here are two LCN's for Dave.
Note the second example (BIP) has both properly done _and_
UNCAT piece records.

Now some good news... it appears that the 019 to 035 conversion
went very well. I've only looked at one record (BIP again), but
in comparing that record with the one on OCLC it looks like the
001 is now the first 035 and the numbers from the multiple 019
$a's are now moved to successive 035's. Just like we wanted,
001 first, 019's follow.
