Pat identified this in testing. If you change your OPAC parms, and
then go back and manually change them to the default values, you'll
still see the "parameters changed" message. The message only goes
away when you "reset" your parameters. This is pesky but, in my
opinion, low priority. I'm not filing it as a bug; Pat, if you feel
very strongly about it, I'll leave that honor to you.
