Open Lab hours

Okay folks here is the deal, due to the change in the planning
process it has become possible to have the open labs as scheduled.
However, Eric has made other plans for the open lab times and so I
think that we can open the lab this Thursday at least.
Lets see if we can do it this way:
On Wednesday June 7, TAT and 3M will open the lab. If one of you
could send out the notice to all-lib that would be great. You might
want to say you will only stay for the the first hour and then if no
one shows the room will close at 11.
Then on Thursday June 8 ML and PM are on and if you could open the
room and send out the remainder that would also be great.
For the next wee Wed june 14 it is TAT and PF and Thursday the 15 it
is ML. What do you guys think? The ball, so to speak, is in our
court. Do we want to open the room next week? Do you people
scheduled still have the time? Let me know and we can decide.
However all systems are go for this week. (ML do you still have the
code for the room? If not I can supply)
