Stephen Skuce just tested Michel's theory. LCN 10054489 does not have
a 949 field. Stephen edited the call number on the record and
refiled it. The record came back with a phantom holding.
I certainly hope we can get a definitive answer about these phantom
holdings before we reload the database!
