Here's what we decided (I think):
Linda, Carol, Pat, and Eric will be working on GeoPac configuration
Linda and Suzanne will work on an outline to use for staff training
Jennie and Margo are working on help files
Pat and Jennie will work on screen design
Margret and Margo will work on the brief display -- what fields to
display and how to label the fields (Based on my experience in
doing this for CD-Barton, I'd encourage you to consult Sam on
this, too.)
Sam and Theresa will review the indexing decisions made for CD-Bart
and recommend any changes
Peter will work with Sam in solving the mystery of "Limit by Format"
Bill will continue to massage Willow
Nina will contact other Advance sites and ask for help files and other
documentation
Nina will determine whether the order of functions as listed at the
bottoms of screens can be changed
Future tasks:
Advance and GeoPac cheat sheets
Formal staff training
Discuss support and distribution of GeoPac client (probably
should be brought up in BOG).
If I messed something up here, please let me know.
