Note: I tried to send this yesterday, so this may be a duplicate memo.
I have completed the Fund Mapping for the migration of the GLIS Monograph
Accounts to the Advance structure set up. Apprx. 400 accounts numbers have
been changed to correspond with the new Chart of Accounts (that was distributed
last week). It should be noted, however, that some of the numbers had to be
slightly changed due to the fact that they were duplicate
numbers. So, I will be updating the Chart of Accounts to reflect these
minor changes.
The new monograph accounts numbers will now replace the old GEAC numbers
in the next GMA and should appear in the MONO Library. The MIT Library
should no longer exist with the next GMA conversion, as I understand it.
