Pat, sorry I did not answer your voice mail about this earlier; I only
got around to refreshing my memory Friday right before I left.
As you say, if you set the "Automatically select and view" feature to
NO, you essentially mark the records you select and they get stored
(as you go along, the bottom of the screen tells you how many items
you've selected). When you've selected all the items you want, you
can view them by using the "Proceed" option at the bottom of the
screen. But I, too, thought that "New Search" would allow you to
retain all those selections whereas "Reset" would cause you to lose
them, and as you say that proves not to be the case. In fact I now am
quite fuzzy on the difference between these two options. Anybody else
remember?
