Does the system require that each format that we create have an 008?
We've created a brief record format (BR) to replicate the tags that we
had on our 99rm brief record table on GLIS. GLIS didn't require an
008, so, we weren't going to bother with one on Advance, but, the
system appears to require it. Are there programs that rely on the 008
being there?
