We did not get to talk about testing at our BOG meeting this past
Wednesday. The discussion has been postponed until Wednesday, March 8.
Grant did, however, hand out a draft form that he would like us to use
for problems and bugs. We can review that form at this week's
Ad-Cat meeting.
Here's my DRAFT agenda for Tuesday:
1. Demystifying BTSD and BTSE (Please bring the Cataloging Management
Guide to the meeting)
2. Advance Trouble Report Sheets
3. GLIS test records (these are the records we identified on GLIS to
test the migration of data on Geac Advance)-status report
4. Brainstorm list of Advance cataloging implementation issues.
I've included this last item because I thought it would be good to
generate a master list of the cataloging implementation issues so that
we have an idea of what is ahead of us. It might also provide us with
some way to prioritize the issues as well as figure out which issues
need more than just ad-cat input.
