I agree that loading Dibner tapes has to involve specifications so that
their records would never overwrite an MYG record. I know that they added 
local notes to their records that they want to retain, so, it is in
their interest to have some input into the matching process as well.  As for
their holdings, I met with Christine and sent her our holdings
instructions, so, their records should have the same 949
specifications as ours.
