I think we've got the horse before the cart here and I might be slightly
confused.
I think we should be able to get the GMA to migrate all existing orders to
the MONO library so it shouldn't be a problem getting funds set up. We can
also have the funds mapped as part of the GMA. We won't need to rely on
online funds mapping procedure.
