According to fellow Geac Advancer's at SUNY/Albany, BOTH BTSD and BTSE
need to be done. We'll want to check this, but, they said that we
will not be able to input a field or subfield in BTSE unless its also
in BTSD. I just called Michel Ridgeway and he confirms what SUNY
said.
