**As many of you know, during this morning's training session I
learned that one of my inputters was using the old style account
numbers on test records, without my knowledge.
Christine just finished going through orders input during training
and found that this affected 2 of the accounts Donna was asking about
(see ****accounts below).
However, 6 other accounts not on Donna's list have also been affected:

00-M-SCI-16101-543 $105.27
00-G-ENG-27793-534 $43.50
00-E-DEW-32045-544 $44.95, 78.64, 40.50, 49.45

Subject: Update on Fund Balances

In addition to checking the "Spent" column on line, I requested
Grant to run for me the Fund Balance Report (the one report that can
be run without any hassles). Well, anyways, for all accounts,
the Spent amounts are now
in sinc with the GLIS report amounts and the Budget amounts are as well.
The Encumbered Amounts are showing five accounts that have changed since
the last report was run. The accounts and their differences are as follows:

M-DEW-16069-535 (35.95)*****MISTAKENLY USED DURING TRAINING($35.95)****
M-DEW-16069-541 (26.14)*****MISTAKENLY USED DURING TRAINING($26.14)****

Does anyone remember using these accounts for testing purposes?
