Okay, since I haven't seen anything posted I am assuming that no one
else is getting together a list of the times we will be staffing the
open lab time . Linda and I will be teaching the first class on
Tuesday and I would like to be able to tell these participants when
they can come and pratice and be assured that someone s there to
hold their hand.
So here is the list of the open lab times, up through the 15 of
June.(that is the last day that Eric has the room booked)
The times are Wednesday from 10-12 and Thursday from 12-2.
Wed. April 26 - MMM
Thu. April 27 - STW 12-1; 1 - 2 -?
Wed. May 3 -
Thu. May 4 -
Wed. May 10 -
Thu. May 11 -
Wed. May 17 -
Thu. May 18 -
Wed. May 24 -

That is 16 time slots for us to get into. From our discussion the
last time we met I don't believe that we were trying to staff the room
everytime, all the time, but we should as trainers be able to offer
some time slots when we dedicate our time to this. (as if that is
not happening 150% of the time as it is)
Well, please let me know asap when you can be there and I will post
the list to all lib as soon as I have your responses. As you can see
Margo can take this coming Wed. and I can do the first half of Thu.
so we are okay for next week at least.
