In a brief meeting with Ellen yesterday I realized that serials catalogers
will need access to the HLDM keyword from Serials and the ORDA keyword
from Acquisitions. I'm sure we will discover many other cross-module
needs, but I just wanted to open up the topic with these two.
For testing purposes we need these keywords added to the Cataloging module
ASAP. Grant, what kind of notice do you need to implement this?
HLDM from Serials
This is the only way to edit copy sets, including the summary holdings
attached to the copy set. It looks like catalogers will have to be
involved in copy set creation and editing, so we will need this access.
ORDA from Acquisitions
This seems to be the only way to create copy sets. It looks like we will
have to allow catalogers to create and edit copy sets, so we will need
access to this keyword.
