Access to Emmy Acquisitions

People who already have accounts on emmy should now be able to get into
Acquisitions. People on the lists for Monographs and Administrative
Services who did not have accounts should have received earlier messages
with their passwords.
I've generally followed the access requests that were forwarded to me
and our traditional functional separation, although for Acquisitions
there is a permissions structure that allows more flexibility than the
menu access control imposed on other modules. So you should be able to
access all the menus but will be stopped only if you aren't allowed to
perform a particular function. Please let me know via Charlene or Donna
if you can't perform a function you need. This setup may take some fine
tuning to get right.
I still have to add the folks for Serials access and get them set up.
I'll try and get to that tomorrow.
