Training coordinator needed

At BOG last week, we agreed that we need to coordinate training among
the various modules. Those of you who were able to attend Matt's
system overview probably felt as I did, that we're going to need to
know more than just OPAC to really make this system work for us.
Similarly, we're going to need to offer OPAC training to tech services
types. And so on.
So, we agreed that each implementation group should appoint a training
coordinator. Eric Celeste will convene the training coordinators, and
he's hoping to set up a half-hour meeting this week, just to get the
ball rolling. Who would like to volunteer to work with other
implementors from other modules in setting up a cohesive training
plan? I also think that we might need to coordinate OPAC training
more formally among ourselves, and we can talk about that at next
week's meeting.
