I've been working with the tag stripping table and I can't figure out
from the examples or the instructions how to specify at the field tag
AND indicator value level what you want stripped. For example, we
want to strip 600 Indicator 2 with the values 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 086
when indicator 2 is 0,1,2,3,4,5.
From the examples, it appears that you can only specify tags and
subfields.
Also, is it at all possible to specify that you want to strip a tag
from, say, all but the serials table? Specifically, we don't need the
049 in any format other than serials.
Any advice on how to get around these problems?
