another training session

Dear Group: at our meeting earlier this week we decided to have a
training session (or two) for branch staff members, in April. I have
booked the training room for Thursday, April 13, 9-12 for this
session.
The purpose of this session will be to give branch staff who are not
on the circ implementation team an introduction to the circ system.
Of course, all branch library staff are welcome, including members of
the circ team. But the session will be at the introductory level.
This is not intended to replace the training that branch staff will
have later on as we get closer to "going live." To reiterate what I
mentioned on Monday -- branch staffers who are not on the Advance circ
team are not REQUIRED to learn the circ system until later this
spring. So people shouldn't feel any pressure about attending this
session. It's just to give this group an advance look-see (no pun
intended!).
May I please have some volunteer trainers? I'll do some of it, and
I'd like two other volunteers. Then we'll decide how much to try to
cover. (I guess I'm seeking volunteers from the "core trainers"
group, a.k.a. the "Goldner originals".)
