During Matt Goldner's training session on UBIX, we weren't clear about
the Transaction code. The two that were on the demo were 4C (OCLC
conversion) and 03 (Cancel Update).

Will every record that we bring in from OCLC be coded 4C? Doesn't the
system retain the transaction code that was on the OCLC record? For
example, we would want loader routines that would be based on the
record transaction, e.g., Replace command: don't load; Update: load;
Produce: load; Cancel: delete record.

I've looked at our MTC table and there are hexadecimal values for each
of these, but, the Management Guide documentation is confusing:
 "These codes show how the record was entered in the system
(OCLC loading, for example). Codes should be taken from MTC."

Is there another table that handles the OCLC transaction codes?
