hotwire mystery

OK. I tried the command hotwire bassas geopac from my C prompt. It
doesn't work. I see in Eric's most recent message he does say "If you
have Hotwire on your system.." Is there an easy way to get Hotwire, or
am I better off using the floppy disk and Nina's directions and then
altering Geopac to look like what we decided on in the screen design
group? Eric? Anybody?
